Shipping & Delivery

FLUFFY BEAR promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact.

Once the order has been made, you will receive an e-mail from FLUFFY BEAR, with the confirmation of the order and the delivery address to which the order will be dispatched. All orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 working days unless informed otherwise. Please allow 6 to 7 working days for your order to reach you from the time of dispatch.

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with FLUFFY BEAR. To check the status of your orders, click on the “Track your order” link in the email sent to your or click on the “Track your order” link in the footer of our website. You can also check the status of your order on your FLUFFY BEAR account.

Orders are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Our goal is to make the products reach you within 5-7 business days from receipt of order and payment all depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our third party courier usually between 09.00 am – 07.00 pm Monday –Saturday. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We will take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

Some courier partners may also request an OTP in order to complete delivery. You must provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. An OTP will be sent to the phone number you have entered at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges:

FLUFFY BEAR charges 70/- on all items shipped within India.

Shipping and handling rates, if any, may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
