Exchanges or Returns

The Fluffy Bear promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact as we invest a great deal of care and love in packing & sending THE FLUFFY BEAR's . 

Due to the fact that products that have been used or damaged cannot be reused or resold, as a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. We only accept exchanges on specific reasons.

We hope, you don't need to go for a replacement but, if you need to, then as per our exchange policy it is acceptable only in case of Damaged, Defective Items within the timeframe listed below. 

Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of the delivery date with supporting photos and videos if you have received a damaged or tempered item during delivery. These specifics will enable us to fix your problem as promptly as possible.

If the product you received is broken or defective, then send the following details to contact@fluffybear.in. 

  1. Order Number and Reason for Replacement
  2. Appropriate pictures along with package unboxing video
  3. Bill or any Tags

  failing which, we will not be able to accept the return.

Return and Exchange request that are made within 7 days of the product's delivery date will be addressed. 

Fluffy Bear disclaims all liability for any damages that may occur following delivery. According to our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges, we are not responsible for any damages brought on by carelessness, inappropriate use, or incorrect application. 

Return and exchange requests will be subject to investigation and assessment by the Fluffy Bear Team. For more enquiries on return shipment, customer can contact our help desk.
